⏳ Processing Time:

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

✔ The item should be in the same condition as received.
✔ The product must qualify for return (see non-returnable items below).

💰 Refund Processing Time: 7–14 days after receiving the returned item.
🔄 Refunds are issued to the original payment method (MPESA refunds go to the same MPESA number).

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Personalized/customized goods.
❌ Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earphones, personal care devices).
❌ Installed, assembled, or tampered products.
❌ Software, licenses, and activated digital products.

Returning Goods
