✅ Flat Rate: Ksh 500 for orders below Ksh 100,000.
✅ Free Shipping: Orders above Ksh 100,000 qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing & Pick-up

📍 Pick-up Option: Customers can collect orders from our shop:

⏳ Processing Time:

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
• Some specialized items may require extra processing time before dispatch.

🚚 Tracking: Customers receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation after dispatch.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

✔ The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔ The item should be in the same condition as received.
✔ The product must qualify for return (see non-returnable items below).

💰 Refund Processing Time: 7–14 days after receiving the returned item.
🔄 Refunds are issued to the original payment method (MPESA refunds go to the same MPESA number).

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Personalized/customized goods.
❌ Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earphones, personal care devices).
❌ Installed, assembled, or tampered products.
❌ Software, licenses, and activated digital products.

Returning Goods

We allow exchanges for eligible products:

4. Refunds for Gifts

🎁 If an item was marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued as store credit.
🎁 If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
